Trading Guide

1. Place a Buy Order

  • Login to Exchange
  • In trade Section, Go to New Order Tab
  • Select Buy (Default Selection) from the drop down
  • Enter the amount you want to buy in Amount textbox and select corresponding currency from dropdown
  • Enter the Price on which you want to buy the selected currency in Price textbox.
  • Choose Market or Limit
  • Total estimated amount will be displayed in Total Textbox for your convenience before you place a buy order.

2. Place a Sell Order

  • Login to Exchange
  • In trade Section, Go to New Order Tab
  • Select Sell from the drop down
  • Enter the amount you want to Sell in Amount textbox and select corresponding currency from dropdown
  • Enter the Price on which you want to Sell the selected currency in Price textbox.
  • Choose Market or Limit
  • Total estimated amount will be displayed in Total Textbox for your convenience before you place a Sell order.

3. Deposit FIAT Currency

  • In order for you to complete a deposit transaction with LEOxChange, you must first enter the amount you wish to deposit in the field below and press “GET REFERENCE NUMBER” button.
  • Please make sure you have all the details displayed here available at the time of the deposit. Be sure to include the "Reference" code given below - this code identifies the deposit with your account.
  • Please check your Tier limits for Deposit before you deposit an amount. Don't exceed your funding limits. If you exceed the limits, your account will be frozen until you get verified for higher limits, or until you withdraw the excess amount.
  • Important: The name on the bank account you are depositing from must match the name on the LEOxChange account you are depositing into.
  • A deposit request will be placed in your pending deposits and from then on will be affecting any future deposit requests in general.
  • As soon as we verify your deposit, your account will be credited and you will receive an email notification.
  • Fees will be calculated and applied on the deposit (if any).
  • You can cancel your pending deposit request using Cancel button in your pending deposit requests. 

4. Deposit Cryptocurrency

  • Use ‘GENERATE NEW ADDRESS’ button to be presented with a crypto address (automatically generated and tied to your Account) which you should use to transfer crypto from your wallets.
  • A QR code will be displayed on screen containing all necessary information.
  • Previous generated addresses tied to your account will also be displayed.
  • Once coins are deposited to the address, deposit transaction will start appearing in pending transactions waiting for approval.  Balance will be added in your CRYPTO balance as soon as transaction is approved.
  • Notification email will be sent to you after successful deposit was verified by the system.
  • Please check your Tier limits for Deposit before you deposit an amount. Don't exceed your funding limits. If you exceed the limits, your account will be frozen until you get verified for higher limits, or until you withdraw the excess amount.

5. Withdraw FIAT currency

  • On Funding Page, you need to enter the amount of withdrawal in the appropriate field.
  • You can request only one withdrawal per day/currency.
  • The entered amount will then be checked against your Tier limits and fees will be calculated and displayed. If your request doesn’t meet requirements of withdrawal, appropriate message will be displayed. This means that even if you are in Tier limits there may be insufficient funds (fees included) or there may be a minimum amount allowed for withdrawals for each currency.
  • The system will display your bank account (verified in Tier 4) already on record.
  • Then you need to press button ‘Withdraw’ to proceed with the withdrawal.
  • You will have to go under 2FA authentication before you can withdraw.
  • Your request for withdrawal will show in the system as pending until verified by our staff.
  • An email will be sent to you regarding all the details about the pending transaction.
  • When amount will be credited to your bank account, the status of the transaction will change to ‘Completed’.
  • An email will be sent to you regarding all the details regarding the ‘Completed’ transaction.

6. Withdraw Cryptocurrency

  • You need to attach your wallet to your account.
  • The system will validate your address and while this is in process your address will appear as pending.
  • Once your attached wallet address is verified it will be tied to your account.
  • You need to enter the amount for withdrawal.
  • The entered amount will then be checked against tier limits and fees will be calculated and displayed. If your request doesn’t meet requirements for withdrawal, you will be informed with an appropriate message on screen.
  • Recent withdrawal requests will be displayed showing the date, the Amount, the fees and the status (completed, pending).
  • 2FA authentication will be done before withdrawal.
  • System will send the coins to attached wallet.
  • Balance will be adjusted accordingly.
  • An email will be sent to you with all withdrawal information.  

7. Change Your Password

  • Login to Exchange. In Trading Panel under Security Tab, you have the option to change the password.
  • Enter Current Password
  • Enter New Password
  • Enter Confirm Password same as New Password.

8. Set 2 Factor Authentication for enhanced security

  • Login to Exchange. In Trading Panel under Security Tab, choose ‘Two-Factor Authentication’.
  • To use 2FA enable it by checking the ‘Allow Two-Factor Authentication’ box.
  • Make your choice of where 2FA should be enabled or not by checking the appropriate boxes.

9. Set a Profile Picture

  • Login to Exchange. In Trading Panel under Settings Tab, choose ‘Account’.
  • Click on ‘Browse’ to upload your picture.
  • Press ‘UPDATE SETTINGS’
  • Once the photo is approved it will show whenever you are logged in.

10. Get Tier 1 Verified

  • Login to Exchange
  • Go to Trading Panel under ‘Get Verified’ Tab to check your Tier Level.
  • Tier 1 is default Tier level. Once you verify your email from Sign Up confirmation email, you are Tier 1 Verified.

11. Get Tier 2 Verified

  • Login to Exchange.
  • Go to Trading Panel under ‘Get Verified’ Tab to check your Tier Level.
  • Verify your Mobile Number in order to get Tier 2 Verified.

12. Get Tier 3 Verified

  • Login to Exchange
  • Go to Trading Panel under ‘Get Verified’ Tab to check your Tier Level.
  • Submit Photo ID document for Tier 3 level verification. (You must be Tier 2 verified)
  • An admin will approve the document provided by you and your Tier status will be updated accordingly.

13. Get Tier 4 Verified

  • Login to Exchange
  • Go to Trading Panel under ‘Get Verified’ Tab to check your Tier Level.
  • Submit Address proof document and Bank Account Information for Tier 4 level verification. (You must be Tier 3 verified)
  • An admin will approve the documents provided by you and your Tier status will be updated accordingly.

14. Get Tier 5 Verified

  • Login to Exchange
  • Go to Trading Panel under ‘Get Verified’ Tab to check your Tier Level.
  • You will need to contact support to proceed with the verification.
  • This Tier enables you to considerably raise your Deposit/withdrawal/portfolio limits.
